1. Refund Policy

• We aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:
  Damaged or Defective Items:
  If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately at 01730-561281. Upon verification, we will offer a full refund or replacement. Photos of the damaged product may be required.

• Incorrect Items Received:
  If the item you received is not what you ordered, please inform us as soon as possible. We will arrange for the correct item to be delivered, and you may be asked to return the incorrect item.

Note: Customized or personalized items are non-refundable, unless they are damaged or defective.
2. Return Policy

• To return a product:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

• Pack the product securely to avoid damage during transit.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or replacement.

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or wrong item).
3. Cancellation Policy

• Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may return the item upon delivery following our return policy.
